Written to be read. It says what we collect, who processes it and what we will never do with it. Last updated 9 October 2026.
Who we are
AXIONX is a web and AI studio founded in March 2025, working remotely from India. For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, write to [email protected] and a person will answer.
What we collect
- Your enquiry. When you use the contact or quote form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, the service you are after, a budget range, your website and your message.
- An optional voice note. If you record one instead of typing, we receive the audio and a text transcript of it.
- Ordinary server logs. Our web server records requests, including IP address and user agent, as any web server does. These are used to keep the site up and to spot abuse.
That is the whole list. There is no analytics product, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site. The only thing we store in your browser is a value in session storage so the intro animation does not replay and the page returns you to where you were. It disappears when you close the tab.
How a voice note is handled
Voice notes are transcribed by a speech-to-text service running on our own server, not by a third-party transcription API. The audio and its transcript travel to us with your enquiry and are kept with it so we can answer you properly. If you would rather we did not keep the recording, say so in the message and we will delete it once we have replied.
AI features, and who processes what
We build AI systems, so it matters that we are precise about this. Where a feature on this site or in a project we build for you sends text to a model we do not host, that provider processes it. The providers we currently use:
- Anthropic (Claude) — the planning and code-writing layer of our agent runtime.
- Google and Groq — smaller, faster models for high-volume, low-judgement steps such as short classification.
- Models we host ourselves — speech-to-text and a local language model on our own servers, used wherever they are good enough, which keeps that data on our machines.
We do not train or fine-tune any model on your data, and we do not let a provider do so on our behalf. Your enquiry is used to answer your enquiry; a client's content is used to run that client's system. When we build something for you, the proposal names every provider involved and what reaches it, before you sign anything. If you need a project kept entirely on infrastructure you control, say so at the start and we will design it that way or tell you honestly that we cannot.
Our mail runs on our own mail server. For reliable delivery, outbound mail is relayed through a third-party provider, which means they handle the message in transit as any mail provider does. We do not add tracking pixels to our email, so we cannot tell whether you opened it, and we would rather not know.
How long we keep things
Enquiries are kept while there is a reason to: an active conversation, a live project, or the records a business has to retain. Server logs rotate within weeks. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a transaction between us.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and comparable law elsewhere, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent you have given. Write to [email protected]. We will not ask you to prove who you are beyond what is needed to be sure we are answering the right person, and we will reply within a reasonable time rather than the maximum one.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the change is described here. See also our terms of service.
