We design for the light a room gets at four in the afternoon, not the render.
Form is a practice of eleven working across residential, hospitality and adaptive reuse. We take on six projects a year, which is the number we can see through from first sketch to the day the client moves in.
Every project begins on site, with a full day spent measuring how the light moves and where the noise comes from. The drawings follow that, never the other way round.
We detail in-house and we supervise on site. The people who drew it are the people who answer for it.

Plans, sections and a physical model at 1:50. Renders come last, once the building already works on paper.
We supervise construction ourselves, with a site visit every week and a written report you receive the same evening.
